Annapurna Circuit Trek has been popular among tourists ever since it opened in 1980s. The region is noted for its geographical variation. By participating in Annapurna Circuit trekking, you will get to experience diverse floras and faunas and witness the culture that is unique to Gurung and Magar ethnics.
Trekking exerts have drafted Annapurna Circuit trekking itinerary as 21 days package. The unique highlight of Annapurna Circuit Trek is an opportunity to circumambulate Annapurna Mountain. We will climb Thorong La (5416m) which is one of the world’s highest mountain pass.
You will be led through the sensational Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour prior to start of the trek during which you will visit UNESCO recognized sites in Kathmandu. Depending upon the group size, a tourist coach or a mini bus or a van will take you from Kathmandu to Besisahar. Trek around Annapurna begins from Khudi. Walk through sirung and Chamje enter Manang region. Follow the scenic path through forest and crop fields to Pisang. Annapurna Circuit trek route continues to Manang. After a day of acclimatization, we will reach Yak Kharka and reach the base of Thorong La. Climbing Thorong La is the toughest part of this trek. Visit the sacred Muktinath Temple- the abode of Lord of Salvation and lower down to Marpha Village. Marpha village is the capital for apple production. Walk through the hot spring called Tatopani to Ghorepani. Enjoy sunrise view from Poon hill and lower down to Nayapul through Nayapul.      
Spring and Autumn are best season for Annapurna Circuit Trekking.

Day 21: Departure
Day01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)
Welcome to Kathmandu- the city of temples. You will be picked up at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) by our representative after you complete custom and visa formalities and then you will be taken to the luxurious hotel for pleasant stay.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu and Trek Preparation
After breakfast, begin the guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. Kathmandu is known as the city of temples. We will take the tour of UNESCO recognized sites like Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Bouddhanath Stupa and others. In the evening, you will be introduced with your trekking guide and crew members. We will also discuss about the trekking activities.  

Day 03: Kathmandu to Khudi (800m) via Besisahar 8hrs drive
Leave Kathmandu early in the morning. Depending upon the group size, van, mini bus or tourist coach will be arranged. Drive through the meandering path along Trishuli River with scenic views of hills and forests. Drive through Mugling and depart from Highway heading to Pokhara at Dumre to make it to Besisahar. Drive for another half an hour from Besisahar will take us to Khudi. 

Day 04:  Khudi to Sirung (2200m) 6hrs
Get early morning view of Manaslu Mountain. This is the first day of Annapurna Circuit trek. Walk through paddy fields and cross suspension bridges at several points. The path stretches through forest and villages of Tamang ethnics. Leave Taranche and take steep climb to get views of Manaslu and Nadi Chuli Mountains. Stay overnight in one of the houses which offer homestay service.   

Day 05:  Sirung to Chamje (1410m) 6hrs
Leave Sirung and walk through paddy fields. Pursue the steep trail lined with trees of oaks. Most of the path stretches along Marsyangdi River to Syange (1100m). After brief rest at Syange, we will take the difficult climb to Jagat (1300m). Leaving Jagat, we will reach Chamje where we will stay overnight.   

Day 06: Chamje to Dharapani (1960m) 6hrs
Waking up early in the morning, we will leave Chamje. On this day, we will move in to Manang region. The trail continues through the crop fields and bamboo forest to Tal village. From Tal village, we will climb all the way to Dharapani where we will stay overnight.

Day 07:  Dharapani to Chame (2710m) 6hrs
Climb the steep slopes and walk through the landslide area. The route is scenic with amazing views of Lamjung Mountain, Annapurna II Mountain and Annapurna IV Mountain. We will arrive at Hot Spring from where we will continue the journey to Chame for overnight stay.

Day 08:  Chame to Pisang (3300m) 6hrs
Follow the tapered path through the forest area. You can get views of blooming rhododendrons especially if you visit this area during spring season. Exit the forest and cross river at few points via suspension bridges and walk through Manang valley to Pisang village where we will stay overnight.

Day 09: Pisang to Manang 7hrs
There are two ways to make it to Manang from Pisang. We can either choose upper route through Upper Pisang passing through Geru to Manang or we can take the other route to Manang. Upper route is more scenic and we will also get opportunity to visit Barge monastery which is the largest monastery in Manang region.

Day 10: Rest Day in Manang
Manang is best for acclimatization. Side trip can be arranged to Bhojo Gompa or Gangapurna Lake. Alternatively, Braga village and Himalayan Rescue Association are sites worthy visiting in Manang.

Day 11: Manang to Yak Kharka (4110m) 4hrs
Leave Manang and follow the ascending path to Tenki village. Exit Marshyangdi Valley and head northwest along Jarsang River valley to arrive at the meadow area. Walking further, make it to Ghunsa and pass through Mani walls to Yak Kharka village.

Day 12: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4600m) 4hrs
Follow the vegetation land all the way to Thorong Phedi which is named thus because of its location being at the foot of Thorong La Pass. Thorong Phedi is crowded with small settlements. We will stay overnight at Thorong Phedi. 

Day 13:  Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m) via Thorong La (5416m) 8hrs
This is the most difficult section of Annapurna Circuit Trek. At 5416m altitude, Thorong La is one of the highest mountain passes in the world. We need to start our trek quite early today. Walk cautiously through the icy trail to Muktinath which is the sacred site to people holding Hindu and Buddhist beliefs. 

Day 14: Muktinath to Marpha (2670m) 5hrs
We will witness Vishnu temple, Buddhist Gompa, eternal flame and 108 water sprouts and then follow the lowering trail to Ranipauwa village. Follow the winding path to Kagbeni village from where journey continues to Jomsom. Walk along Kaligandaki Gorge to Marpha. Remember to taste apple products from Marpha.

Day 15: Marpha to Kalopani (2530m) 6hrs
Leave Marpha village and walk through Chokhopani to Kalopani village. We need to pass through few villages of Thakali people. The route is scenic with views of apple orchards Enjoy the views of Dhaulagari Mountain, Tukuche Peak, Nilgiri Mountain and other mountains. Leave Chokhopani and walk through Kokhethanti to Kalopani.

Day 16: Kalopani to Tatopani (1200m) 7hrs
We will take downhill trek from Kalopani to Tatopani which requires crossing the bridge at Ghasa. Trail stretches via verdant forest to waterfall named Rupse Chahara and take us to Dana after passing through Kopchepani and Garpar. Walk through Narchyang Besi to Tatopani.

Day 17:  Tatopani to Ghorepani (2850m) 8hrs
Leave Tatopani early in the morning and pass through Ghara village. Walk through forest area to small settlement of Sikha village and take steep climb through Phalate and Chitre to Ghorepani. Stay overnight in Ghorepani.

Day 18:  Ghorepani to Tadapani (2710m) 7hrs
Poon hill should not be missed if you are in Ghorepani. Poon hill is noted for offering striking views of sunrise. We will hike all the way to top of Poon hill and enjoy sunrise view and close-up views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountains and then descend through rhododendron forest to Tadapani.  

Day 19:  Trek to Ghandruk, Drive to Pokhara (850m)
Leave Tadapani village and walk through forest of blooming rhododendrons to the Gurung village of Ghandruk. Pass through Birethanti to Nayapul. Annapurna Circuit Trek ends at Nayapul. Drive from Nayapul to Pokhara and stay overnight in a hotel in Pokhara.

Day 20: Pokhara to Kathmandu 6hrs
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu via Prithvi highway. It takes about 5-6hrs to reach Kathmandu. You will be transferred to a hotel. Spend the rest of the day on your own. We recommend you to go for shopping in Thamel.

Day 21: Departure
You will be transferred to airport about 3hrs prior to your scheduled flight. We hope to see you soon.
